Customer Preference Returns

If you wish to return a product because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If the return is due to a product defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Once your return has been received and inspected:

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing or shipping.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

We may request photos or additional information before approving a replacement.

Due to the nature of digital products, downloaded or accessed digital items are generally non-refundable.

If you experience a technical issue, receive the wrong file, or cannot access your purchase, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy affects rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws.
